Tire Chock Installation Instructions

Required Tools: 11/32” drill bit, drill, 13mm wrench, center punch, hammer, masking tape and pen / pencil (optional), spray paint or corrosion preventative. Warning! Sharp tools are used in this installation. Take proper precautions to prevent injury!

Locate where you would like to install the chock on your truck bed.
Place tape over the area where the hole is to be drilled.
Put chock in place and use a pencil or pen to mark the hole on the tape.
Use the center punch to mark the hole for the drill bit.
Drill the hole using a 11/32 drill bit. (Wrap lots of tape around the drill bit about ¼” from the tip to prevent you from pushing it into the cab of the truck)
We recommend spray painting or treating the hole with corrosion preventative to prevent rust.
Install chock using the supplied bolt.
Install the washer and nut and tighten by hand.
Load Up and go get dirty!
